WYNWOOD

Role: Creative Direction & Graphic Design

OVERVIEW

Led the visual branding initiative from concept to execution for ‘Wynwood’ by Harris Wood, a new line of commercial hardwood flooring under parent company Q.E.P. Co., Inc. In collaboration with the Marketing Director, we established the brand’s presence through cohesive and impactful collateral. My contributions included graphic design, photography, animation, and the development of usage guidelines, ensuring a strong and unified brand identity.

WYNWOOD

Inspired by the vibrant and eclectic Miami art scene, the brand strategy for 'Wynwood' was designed to appeal to architects and commercial interior designers. This marked a bold departure from the traditional focus on homeowners, leading to daring and innovative branding concepts that captured the energy and creativity of the target market.

THE LEAF

To emphasize the quality and stability that Harris Wood is known for, we enhanced the iconic Leaf logo by incorporating artistic patterns inspired by the dynamic graffiti on the Wynwood Walls. The bold use of yellow, symbolizing energy and warmth, was paired with black for striking contrast, creating a design that reflects both the vibrancy and strength of the brand.

TRADESHOW

The 'Wynwood' series was prominently showcased at NeoCon, a premier event for the commercial interior design industry. The booth featured unique displays, eclectic furniture, and a modern interactive "selfie station," all of which tied seamlessly into the artistic inspiration behind the series, creating a memorable and engaging experience for attendees.
