BOOTH BUILD

Project Lead & Creative Direction

OVERVIEW

Constructed a new trade show booth for Polyglass, a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing systems. The previous booth, in use for over five years, no longer aligned with the company’s evolving objectives due to its outdated appearance and frequent costly repairs. After developing a compelling business case and securing capital expenditure approval, I led the initiative in collaboration with a third-party vendor. Guided by Polyglass' strategic goals—ensuring brand alignment, operational efficiency, and clear communication of the company’s value proposition—the new booth design successfully brought these elements to life.
